1. Brief and quote
You send the quote form with what you do, the areas you cover and the site you have now. We reply with questions or a written quote listing the pages, guides and forms, what we need from you, and a target launch date. Nothing starts until you accept it.
2. Site map
We draw the whole site as a map like the one below, with every page tagged as a listing, a guide, a form or an information page. You move sections around, add a form you forgot, or cut a page. This is the cheapest time to change anything.
3. Sample pages
We design the home page and one inner page, usually a listing page or a guide, with your logo, colors and photos. You see them on a phone and a computer, mark what you'd change, and we revise before building the rest.
4. Build and content load
We build the site on a private preview address, add your first listings, guides and forms, and set up the editor. You send a test inquiry through every form to check where it lands.
5. Launch and handoff
We connect your domain, set up redirects from any old pages, and send you the logins with a short guide to adding listings and editing guides. After that, you can run the site yourself or ask us to quote ongoing updates.
What sets the pace
Content sets the pace more than anything. Listing photos need sorting, guides need your local corrections, and brokerage wording needs a final check. If you're in a hurry, we can launch with the home page, a few listings and the forms, then add guides afterwards.
