Homes and rentals in St. Louis

The City of St. Louis and St. Louis County are separate, and the county is made up of many small municipalities. For an agent or a manager, that means a reader often needs to know which city a home sits in before anything else. Guide pages that follow those lines, and listing pages that state the municipality, save a lot of questions.

Much of the housing is older brick, from single-family homes to two-family flats and small apartment buildings, and plenty of it is rented. Humid summers and cold winters bring seasonal maintenance, so a tenant section with a repair form and a short winter checklist fits how managers here already work. Neighborhoods such as Soulard, Tower Grove and the Central West End each read differently in a guide, and so do county suburbs like Kirkwood and Webster Groves.

Concept drawingCity and county manager siteRentals in the city and the county, one owner form. Drawn for this site; not a client project.

This concept splits rentals and guides into city and county, gives owners a single inquiry form, and adds a winter checklist for tenants next to the repair request form.

Working together from a distance

We don't have an office in St. Louis, and a website project doesn't need one. Everything runs by email, shared folders and video calls booked in Central time. Listing photos and neighborhood photos come from you or a local photographer you already use, and we send a short list of the shots that help a guide page most.

Questions from St. Louis

What time zone do you work in for St. Louis clients?

We book calls in Central time. Everything else runs by email and shared folders.

I manage a few two-family buildings. Is a full site worth it?

Often a small one is enough: a rentals page, an owner page, a repair form and a contact form. We'll suggest the smallest site that does the job.

What you can order

Cost depends on the number of pages, how many guides you want written, how many forms you need and who writes the copy. Each project gets a written quote before anything starts.
